Information Processing Manager - The Information Processing Manager role is in charge of the day to day operations of order entry. The primary function is to work with the staff to ensure that orders are accounted for and processed in an accurate and timely manner. Due to the significance of this role and the critical implications it has to the entire company, the position requires the ability to work directly with the various internal departments as well as third party vendors to guarantee accurate order processing as it relates to each affiliates marketing campaigns and reporting needs. As the leader of this team, the IP manager will work with the staff to prepare and regularly update detailed documentation on all process and procedures.

 • Set/implement data entry objectives and requirements

• Responsible to the accurate allocations of internal and external costs

 • Working with department head on preparing annual budgets

 • Continual evaluation of departmental processes and procedures

 • Initiating corrective actions to problem areas and/or implementing of new processes and procedures

 • Develop and manage system audit metrics for improvements in quality and accuracy

• Communication lead with internal departments, affiliates and third party vendors

• Provide effective training, scheduling, coaching, and counseling.

• Enforce policies and procedures Expectations of IP Manager:

• Continually strive to improve data entry quality/results by completing audits and identifying trends

• Determining system improvement needs

• Study, evaluate and even re-design (if needed) workflow processes – implement changes as needed

• Create SLA’s and ensure that they are followed through on a consistent basis.
