As an Administrative Assistant you will be responsible for assisting with the daily operations of the company. Providing administrative support to managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a warehouse environment and/or office setting.
Handle outbound/inbound calls
Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
Help with payroll
Do cash transactions
Develop and maintain a filing system
Order office supplies
Provide general support to visitors
